How it works
Create an account, complete your profile and add some notes.
Inform your loved ones to retrieve your final notes from www.pineboxdocs.com or set it up so that they are automatically emailed to them. As an added precaution, you can add a security question only your loved ones will be able to answer correctly before being granted access to your notes.
When someone requests your notes, you will be notified via email from where you'll be able to block it from being revealed. Alternatively, we'll occasionally ask you to check in. If you don't do so within the set amount of time, we'll email your notes to whomever you've instructed. We can also hold on to that note until a specified date, like a birthday or anniversary, before sending it to a loved one.
